When I am in “Remote mode”, the video stops after five minutes. How do I view my video for longer?

When you are accessing your camera from a network outside of your home network (over Wi-Fi®) your video will time out after five minutes. You can click on the Camera again from the Android™/iOS application to start streaming again. Alternatively you can deactive the Remote View Timeout. This option can be found under Remote Connection Setting in the Account setting if you are an Android user.

If you are accessing from your web-browser, then you can press on the Reload button to start viewing your Camera video stream again.
